Nose: Spiced cake, mocha and sweet red apples. There are deep notes of a cinnamon sugar apple, followed by a smidge of pepper sprinkled in.

Palate: Coffee cake, glazed cinnamon donut drizzled with honey, chocolate, toffee, brown sugar, caramel, and the peppery finish transitions from the nose, to the palate.

This 4 year rye whiskey has a significant amount of viscosity and a medium to long finish.

It flat out drinks under its 120 proof in a good way. Prepare to be taken on a roller coaster ride. Hands down, this is a Bourbon Drinkers Rye whiskey!
